Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Head Jakarta, Jawa Barat, and Banten at Mbizmarket.co.id, based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Regional Head will lead Business-to-Government (B2G) operations and strategy in the Jakarta, West Java, and Banten regions. This role is heavily focused on managing relationships with government agencies, municipalities, and public sector clients to drive growth in government procurement. The Regional Head will also oversee vendor collaborations to meet the specific demands of B2G clients and ensure the seamless execution of e-procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to expand B2G procurement in Jakarta, West Java, and Banten, positioning Mbizmarket.co.id as the preferred partner for government transactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, local authorities, and public institutions, ensuring alignment with their procurement needs and compliance requirements.
• Manage the entire B2G procurement lifecycle, from vendor selection to transaction approvals, ensuring adherence to government regulations.
• Collaborate with vendors to customize offerings that address the unique needs of public sector clients in the region.
• Lead the regional team to achieve targets in B2G client acquisition, transaction volume, and market penetration.
• Monitor government procurement trends, policies, and regulations in Jakarta, West Java, and Banten to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Ensure compliance with audit standards and provide accurate reporting to government stakeholders and internal teams.
• Act as a subject matter expert in B2G procurement, advising both clients and internal stakeholders on regulatory updates and best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in Business-to-Government (B2G) account management, sales, and procurement processes.
• In-depth knowledge of government procurement regulations, policies, and compliance standards in Jakarta, West Java, and Banten.
• Strong networking skills with the ability to establish and sustain relationships with government agencies and public sector stakeholders.
• Experience in leading teams and driving performance in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills tailored to public sector engagement.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, especially in managing compliance and reporting.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian, with strong writing and reporting capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of the regional government procurement landscape in Jakarta, West Java, and Banten.
