Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Mandarin Government & Foreign Affair Manager to join our team in Indonesia. This role is pivotal in managing our engagement with local government departments and ensuring the smooth progression of government-related projects and affairs.
Key Responsibilities:
Government Relations Management:
- Establish and maintain relationships with local government departments, including public security, fire protection, work safety supervision, quality supervision, health, environmental protection, planning, trade unions, Party committees, and local sub-district offices.
- Organize and manage inspections and visits by government officials, ensuring effective communication and cooperation.
- Oversee and ensure the successful execution of government affairs, including monitoring progress, issuing early warnings, and resolving potential incidents.
- Take responsibility for the outcomes of government-related tasks and projects.
Project Declarations and Compliance:
- Manage the declaration of government projects and the maintenance of certificates and archives related to enterprise qualifications, technology, industry, and talent.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and manage the approval process for government-supported projects from initiation to completion.
Policy and Information Management:
- Stay informed about local policy directions and implementation details.
- Handle daily policy declarations and collect relevant information to support company operations.
Qualifications:
- Willing to work at Semarang, Indonesia.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
- Fluently speaking and communicating in Chinese or Mandarin.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, with a strong background in handling foreign affairs or government relations in Indonesia.
- Proven experience in managing government project declarations and familiarity with local government operations and systems.
- Strong writing skills, with the ability to draft various project declaration materials effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor and confidence in public interactions.
- Indonesian nationality with local expertise and a solid understanding of legal matters, including experience in land acquisition.
