Founded in 1975, our production facility is currently 36,595 sqm. Our production facility and operations have been certified by Indonesia NADFC (National Agency of Drug and Food Control), with standards of manufacturing practice found to be in accordance with the current standard of Good Manufacturing Practices as well as to meet the standard required by Pharmaceutical Inspection Co-operation Scheme (PIC/s) and World Health Organization (WHO).

Job Description:

• Manage employee relations & industrial relations
• Prepare recruitment strategy, including sourcing candidates (such as job portals), along with building partnerships with schools and universities
• Responsible for recruitment end-to-end of direct contract and permanent employees
• Create planning for company event programs, and create strategies on how to maintain and build the culture to connect with business needs
• Monitor licensing documents relating to manpower and other government agencies, including the expatriate permit process
• Create and ensure the HRGS SOP can be run properly, prepare company regulations, and monitor government regulations for any updates
