This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Key Account Manager for S&S, Public.

We are looking for a Young and Dynamic individual to join our Key Account Management team in the Public (Government business) Sales team in Indonesia. If you love selling sustainable solutions and have a passion to build long-term customer relationships and are ready to hit the road & travel, then you are ideal for this role.

The role will be based in Jakarta or Central Java.

Responsibilities:

  1. Work with Municipalities/Regency/State-owned contractors/Government Enterprises and drive sales for Signify's lighting solutions.
  2. Build and foster relationships with selected key accounts to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
  3. Have an in-depth understanding of the customer strategy in the country and define an account strategy that drives profitable high growth opportunities for Signify.
  4. Develop and execute a Strategic Account Management vision/plan to enable profitable growth of Signify business with the account.
  5. Accountable for entire business with the named account, personally driving the most important transactions.
  6. Unlock more and higher value project opportunities by building and leveraging a solid network of contacts within customer and ecosystem landscape.
  7. Establish and nurture productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned key accounts.
  8. Ensure profitable business growth with the account, as per assigned targets.
  9. Proactively lead a joint-company, strategic account planning process.
  10. Effectively manage complex dynamics within the customer ecosystem cross-functional customer team.
  11. Live by our competencies and behaviours.

More about you

  1. Experience in B2B sales, account management, and commercial acumen is desired.
  2. Experience in managing Public/Govt. customers.
  3. Experience with the lighting or automation industry is preferred, though this is not a mandatory requirement.
  4. Tender Management and response.
  5. Working in a cross-functional environment.
  6. Large Deal Management.
  7. Pipeline management.
