· Develop and review policies, as well as perform data analysis for report generation and other administrative tasks.
· Address inquiries and feedback, and promote the Scheme, including conducting interviews and collecting Human Interest Stories.
· Execute the CDC Vouchers Scheme and any other projects assigned by supervisors.
· Support the Assistant Director in leading the CDC Vouchers team, which includes Outreach Managers.
· Assist the Assistant Director in managing the performance, professional development, welfare, and morale of the CDC Vouchers team.
· Help the Assistant Director manage all HR-related and budgetary matters for the CDC Vouchers team.
· Work closely with Government Agencies and community partners, such as merchant/hawker associations and schools.
· Craft responses to address inquiries from residents, merchants, and other stakeholders.
· Promote the CDC Vouchers Scheme by collecting and featuring Human Interest Stories from residents and merchants, and sharing them through appropriate platforms and channels.
· Handle other initiatives related to the CDC Vouchers Scheme, including event launches and other duties assigned by your supervisor.
· Participate in ongoing workstreams, organizing committees, and meetings with government agencies, CPD, and CDCs.
· Degree holder
· Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience with some supervisory experience
· Good interpersonal, leadership, communication, and analytical skills
