Senior Key Account Manager – ICT Enterprise Clients (Cloud, FSI, Transport, ISP, Government, or Energy)

Description

We are seeking a Key Account Manager to lead strategic engagement with enterprise clients in any of the following sectors: Cloud, FSI (Financial Services Industry), Transportation, ISP, Government, or Energy. This is a customer-facing role focused on driving revenue, account growth, and solution delivery through trusted partnerships. You’ll be part of a high-impact team dedicated to delivering tailored ICT solutions to some of the country’s most critical sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Drive revenue, collection, and market share targets across assigned major industry accounts.
  2. Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  3. Identify business opportunities and lead account strategies to capture market share and increase customer loyalty.
  4. Manage the full sales lifecycle, including opportunity identification, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, presales, operations) to deliver value-driven solutions.
  6. Proactively manage account risks, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  7. Regularly engage with clients to present new ideas, solutions, and strategic direction for future growth.

Profile

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. A Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 3–10 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
  3. Proven track record in selling ICT products or services to enterprise or government clients in the FSI, Transportation, ISP, Government, or Energy sectors.
  4. Solid understanding of ICT fundamentals, with the ability to connect technical solutions to customer needs.
  5. Familiarity with project management principles and consultative sales approaches.
  6. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  7. Strong organizational and coordination abilities with a proactive, customer-first mindset.
