The main responsibility of this position will be as Business Partner between Finance & Operations (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, GPD).
Lead the monthly closing process on account of production & supply chain related – liaise with Accounting team.
Set up, review Bill of Material (BOM) in ERP for control over material consumption.
Ensure and establish proper accounting of Direct Cost and Manufacturing overhead.
Monitor manufacturing variance (Price Variance, Material Variance).
Design and establish control over Inventory management, including inventory movement analysis & reporting.
Design and establish control over scrap management.
Partner with Operations team for preparing, analyzing, monitoring and controlling Manufacturing overhead/cost and Manufacturing Saving Initiative.
Establish control over freight cost (freight in – out).
Partner with Operations team for monitoring Operations MDIs and Operations Incentive Plans (OIP).
Coordinate with other departments within the organization.
Min Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
Experience in Product Costing min 5 years.
Analytical skills.
Understanding of Internal Control.
Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work under pressure and possess people management skills.
Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
