Scope of Work:

1. Plan the visual merchandising layout regularly and the floor set execution.
2. Deliver simple, efficient and cost-conscious solutions in planning and implementing presentation solutions.
3. Provide fast and profitable solutions under the visual merchandise responsibility.
4. Assist and provide feedback to stores regarding visual merchandising.
5. Collaborate across departments to create store solutions for an easy and convenient shopping experience.
6. Develop and coordinate operational plans for product launches, marketing campaigns, and major store resets.
7. Maintain store displays based on Planogram.
8. Compile and summarize photo reports weekly/monthly.
9. Execute VM strategies to improve store visual merchandising.
10. Work closely with Ops (including AM and SM) to ensure feedback is always taken into action.
11. Liaise with the Purchasing and Warehouse team regarding logistics for props fulfillment and store opening or improvement.
12. Conduct regular store visits to ensure visual standards are met and provide training (go-through) to store staff on visual merchandising best practices.
13. Deliver orders for window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans, and special promotion displays to vendors and monitor VM production progress.
14. Conduct quarterly VM store audits with store managers.

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in Visual Merchandising and preferably 1-2 years of retail management experience.
2. Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
3. Proven ability to train and brief Store Managers.
4. Keen eye for aesthetic, visual design, and presentation skills.
5. Well-versed in Adobe Suite and Google Workspace.
6. Skill in 3D design applications (SketchUp, 3DsMax, or other related software) is a plus.
