As the Gardening Operational Head, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of our gardening team, ensuring all landscaping and horticultural projects are completed to the highest standards.

Requirements:

1. Hold a minimum of a diploma in Agriculture; additional certifications in garden management are a plus.
2. Demonstrate a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in landscape or garden management, with leadership experience preferred.
3. Possess strong knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, landscape design, and pest control.
4. Have experience in scheduling, budgeting, and managing gardening projects.
5. Exhibit a strong commitment to sustainability, safety, and quality in garden maintenance and operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all gardening activities, including planting, pruning, irrigation, and pest control, ensuring the highest standards of garden care.
2. Manage and lead the gardening team, providing direction, training, and support to ensure efficient operations.
3. Collaborate with the management team to plan and design landscape projects, maintaining aesthetic and functional outdoor spaces.
4. Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all garden maintenance activities and related operational tasks.
5. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized working environment, adhering to all safety protocols and environmental regulations.
