Job Description:
Conducting training analysis & monitoring of training plans in each department, as well as documenting the activities.
Create future workforce planning according to organizational needs.
Monitoring personnel qualification implementation & creating data for analysis from the qualification results.
Creating campaign execution program related to learning & development and generating data analysis from the campaign results.
Assisting in finding suitable candidates according to organization needs.
Implementation of development program according to the established plans.
Creating & ensuring effective implementation of HRGS Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) related to employee training & development as well as Personnel Qualification SOPs.

Requirements:
Pharmacist, age max 30 years old.
Minimum experience of 1 year in Human Resources.
Highly motivated, responsible, hard worker, and fast learner.
Able to work individually and with a team.
Good communication and analytical thinking.
Fluent in English both speaking and writing.
