Job Responsibilities:

• Store Operations: Oversee daily operations, achieve sales targets, and maintain brand image and product displays.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, and motivate team members, optimizing staff allocation to enhance performance.
• Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer experiences, resolve complaints, and enhance satisfaction.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, manage stock orders, and prevent losses while balancing supply and demand.
• Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, optimize strategies, and report on operational performance.
• Event Promotion: Organize brand activities to drive sales and increase brand visibility.

Job Requirements:

• Proven retail leadership experience with a strong ability to coach and motivate a high-performing team.
• Strong skills in sales, team management, data analysis, and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, ensuring positive customer experiences.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and various locations.
• Passion for outdoor activities is a plus. Basic English proficiency is preferred.
