Job Description:

• Analyzing the vehicle level issue.
• Warranty and Market Claim.
• Part level inspection and analysis skill.
• Customer and dealer handling.
• Knowledge of engineering concept along with drawing and or BoM.
• Coordinate with related teams for improvement.
• Identify engineering issues impacting warranty, durability, customer satisfaction, safety, or regulatory compliance by analyzing various data sources and monitoring trends from the field.
• Reporting to Senior Manager Quality Center Asia.

Requirement:

• Having experience in Quality and or Warranty domain.
• Experience minimum 2 years in a similar or relevant role in Automotive Company.
• Good data analysis capability.
• Good communication and presentation skill.
• Strong computer Literacy (Ms. Office Ability).
• Willing to travel in or outside Indonesia (sometimes) with Minimum Advanced Notice.
• Minimum bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering.
• Fluent in English (Verbal and Written).
• Employee Status - Contract Employee (Review Periodically) & have opportunity become Permanent Employee.
• Placement in Cikarang (GIIC).
