Senior Reward Specialist - BSD

Design and implement competitive salary structures aligned with business goals and market trends.

Manage performance management programs, ensuring alignment with compensation strategies.

Conduct compensation benchmarking and ensure pay equity across the organization.

Provide data analysis and insights on compensation trends, employee performance, and reward effectiveness.

Collaborate with HR and business leaders to develop and improve reward strategies.

Job Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree from HR, Business or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of working experience in compensation and performance management.

Strong knowledge of salary structures, benefits design, and performance management systems.

Proficient in data analysis (Excel, HRIS) and reporting.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Willing to be placed in BSD City.
