Remote WordPress Engineer (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full‑time

Salary: $2,000 USD/month paid via Deel

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Eastern Time

Our client is a fast‑growing vehicle shipping and logistics company redefining how people move vehicles across North America. Their digital ecosystem includes high‑converting landing pages, advanced booking systems, and SEO‑driven content. We are looking for people who combine technical precision with creative execution to help them build the future of vehicle logistics.

We are looking for a WordPress & Automation Engineer who can design, build, and automate seamless user experiences across multiple websites. You will own the development of high‑performing booking journeys, from intuitive UX layouts to automated workflows that send leads directly into our CRM and sales systems. This is a hybrid role combining front‑end WordPress development, UX design, and marketing automation.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize WordPress websites and landing pages, ensuring consistent branding and conversion‑focused design.
• Design and implement multi‑step booking and quote forms with conditional logic, instant validation, and API integrations that connect to CRMs, Google Sheets, and automation tools.
• Automate the sales process using platforms such as n8n or Zapier, enabling leads to receive quotes, confirmations, and booking links automatically.
• Collaborate in Figma with designers to translate UI and UX concepts into responsive, interactive builds that reflect the company’s brand standards.
• Build reusable UX components and maintain consistency across multiple sites and microsites.
• Integrate and test event tracking in GA4 and Google Tag Manager, ensuring full visibility of every user interaction in the booking funnel.
• Optimize performance for Core Web Vitals, mobile‑first design, and accessibility compliance.
• Manage and document automation workflows that connect forms, CRMs, and marketing tools.
• Conduct QA testing across devices and browsers before deployment.
• Collaborate with marketing, SEO, and design teams to launch high‑impact campaigns quickly and efficiently.

• Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in WordPress development and UX implementation.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP, with the ability to code and troubleshoot custom functions.
• Proven experience creating dynamic, multi‑step forms with conditional logic and real‑time validation.
• Skilled in integrating APIs, webhooks, and CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or custom systems.
• Strong understanding of n8n, Zapier, or other automation platforms for lead capture and workflow management.
• Comfortable working in Figma for collaboration and UX refinement.
• Familiar with Elementor, Oxygen, or similar page builders for modular, scalable builds.
• Understanding of GA4, GTM, Search Console, schema markup, and event tracking setup.
• Knowledge of DNS, CDN management, caching, and SSL.
• Strong communication and documentation habits, able to translate technical concepts for non‑technical teams.
• Strong English communication skills for documentation and team collaboration.
• Ability to work EST timezone hours for daily collaboration with the team.
• (Bonus) Experience with WordPress Multisite, reusable design systems, or modular component libraries.
• (Bonus) Background in automotive, logistics, or B2B industries.
