A fast-growing digital studio in Bristol is seeking a talented WordPress/WooCommerce Developer to build and maintain websites with clean, scalable code. You'll have the opportunity to develop new features, collaborate closely with clients, and work on creative projects in a supportive, people-first team culture. The role offers 32 days of holiday, dedicated learning time, and a hybrid working arrangement, allowing 2-3 days in the office.

- Build and maintain WordPress / WooCommerce websites with clean, scalable code
- Develop new features and functionality to meet client needs
- Collaborate with clients in weekly calls to understand challenges and shape solutions
- Work with the team on creative, technical, and internal projects to push your skills further
- 2+ years commercial WordPress development experience
- Strong knowledge of PHP, WordPress, and modern deployment processes (Git)
- Solid understanding of web security and performance best practice
- Great communication skills and ability to work directly with clients
- WooCommerce experience highly desirable
- 32 days holiday + bonus Christmas leave
- Dedicated learning & development time (1 day per month + budget)
- Hybrid working with 2-3 days in the Bristol office
