As a Site Manager in a heavy manufacturing environment, you will oversee a team of 30-40 employees, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Your role will involve maintaining machine safety, setting operational standards, and solving daily production challenges as they arise. Strong communication skills are essential for coordinating with teams, while financial understanding helps in managing budgets and optimizing costs. You will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with ISO or IATF standards, ensuring quality and regulatory requirements are met.
