Health, Safety & Well-being Advisor
Location: Gravesend, Kent
Salary: £45K per annum + excellent benefits

We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Well-being Advisor to join a well-established organisation, ensuring compliance and fostering a strong health and safety culture across a dynamic and high-risk environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide expert advice and guidance on health, safety, and well-being matters.
2. Support managers, safety representatives, and staff to ensure compliance with H&S regulations.
3. Conduct audits, risk assessments, and investigations to drive continuous improvement.
4. Contribute to the development and implementation of health, safety, and well-being initiatives.
5. Collaborate with key stakeholders to promote a positive safety culture.

Requirements:

1. Demonstrable experience in a Health, Safety & Well-being role (preferably within a high-risk environment).
2. NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent qualification).
3. Membership of IOSH (or equivalent professional body).
4. Working knowledge of ISO 45001 and CDM regulations.
5. Internal auditing experience.
6. Full, clean UK driving licence.
