- Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric
- Develop and optimise semantic models and curated datasets, ensuring they remain accurate and accessible
- Ensure data consistency, quality, and scalability across the organisation
- Nurture stakeholder relationships and translate business needs into insightful analytical solutions
- Explore and integrate emerging technologies, including AI / ML, to enhance data capabilities
- Promote and uphold data standards and best practices within the Analytics and Data Engineering team
- Support and empower data-driven decision-making across the business
- Carry out ETL processes and validate data for accuracy and completeness
- Analyse data using SQL and scripting languages such as Python to provide actionable insights
- Share clear and meaningful insights to guide both strategic and operational decisions
BI & Analytics Manager A successful BI & Analytics Manager should have :
- A strong background in business intelligence and data analytics.
- Experience working with large data sets from various sources.
- Proficiency in data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Expertise in SQL and other data query languages.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
