The Project Officer, Workforce is part of a dynamic and fast-paced team that provides a wide range of HR advisory functions to support the Energy group. This position is responsible for providing Workforce reports, as well as managing and maintaining the group's Workforce data and dashboards and requires a high level of data literacy. The Project Officer, Workforce requires the occupant to be highly organized, solutions-focused, and able to work autonomously and collaboratively across a diverse range of HR topics. The Project Officer, Workforce stays up to date with relevant policy and legislation, provides HR advice to a range of stakeholders, and works closely with the Team Leader, Workforce & Capability to aid in a range of strategic workforce planning initiatives.
This is a fixed-term position available for a period of 2 years. The work location for this position is 8 Nicholson St, East Melbourne, with hybrid work arrangements available.
