A Commercial Solicitor is required by a Commercial and Corporate department of a South West based law firm within their Exeter office. The law firm offers comprehensive legal services to clients throughout the South West and is looking for an enthusiastic Solicitor who can service SME clients as well as working with national organisations providing commercial legal advice across market sectors including mergers and acquisitions, MBOs, reorganisations and restructuring, joint ventures, shareholders' agreements, LLP and partnership matters and commercial contracts including sale of goods and services, IT and IP, data protection, terms and conditions and agency and distribution.

The successful Commercial Solicitor will possess a minimum 1 year PQE and experience of managing a case load involving the provision of business agreements, contracts, IT and IP, company sales & purchases, mergers, joint ventures, distribution and franchise agreements, company formation and financing. Salary dependent upon experience.
