Employment Senior Associate | 5 + PQE

A strong team is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join its growing firm in High Wycombe. The Role
As a Corporate Associate/Senior Associate, you would:

1. Have the opportunity to work with a modern and forward thinking firm.

3. Work on a varied case load such as business reorganization, TUPE, collective consultations, internal investigations, disciplinary hearings, breach of fiduciary duties, board disputes, dismissals, discrimination, whistleblowing, bonus and other contract disputes related to post-termination restrictions, team moves, diversion of business opportunities and partnership agreements.

The Candidate
To be successful in your application for this vacancy, you will have:

1. A minimum of 5 years' PQE.
2. A good level of Employment experience.
3. A high attention to detail to produce work/documentation which is to a high standard.
4. An interest in and aptitude for business development.
5. A good teamwork ethic.
