Our client, a reputable law firm in Coventry, is looking for an experienced Litigation Solicitor to handle a broad caseload including general civil litigation, personal injury, and medical negligence matters. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience and a passion for providing high-quality client service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage a diverse caseload of civil litigation, personal injury, and medical negligence claims
2. Provide expert advice to clients on liability, damages, and case strategy
3. Represent clients in court hearings, settlements, and negotiations
4. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
5. Contribute to business development and client retention efforts

Skills & Experience:

1. Proven experience in general civil litigation, personal injury, and medical negligence
2. Strong knowledge of litigation processes and case management
3. Excellent client communication and negotiation skills
4. Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload
