This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to work for an expanding law firm based in North Hampshire.

This established law firm is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor (3+ years PQE) to join its successful and growing commercial property team. You'll be handling a broad range of quality commercial property work for a variety of clients, including landowners, investors, business occupiers, and developers. This role will suit an ambitious Solicitor to come on-board and be a major part of the business and help to grow it further.

Your role as a Commercial Property Solicitor will involve:

1. Business development to gain new clients and help grow the department
2. Genuine career progression
3. Hybrid working on offer
