The Court of Protection is the judicial body responsible for making decisions relating to the management of finances and other affairs of those individuals who lack the mental capacity to do so themselves. As one of the UK's leading firms of solicitors, we have a dedicated and experienced team who specialise in all matters relating to the Court of Protection.
You'll join Partner Elizabeth Perry, a specialist in the field of damages management. Elizabeth specialises in all areas of mental capacity and Court of Protection work with a primary focus on dealing with high value deputyships, as well as personal injury Trusts. She has extensive experience of supporting vulnerable clients and providing advice to lay clients and professionals in this niche and specialised area of law.
You'll be leading a team of colleagues with a high level of accountability. You'll be hands-on with business development activity and leading on client work. You'll understand litigation processes and be able to work alongside our Personal Injury Litigation team and Court of Protection team. You'll support Partners to grow the business and deliver excellent client service whilst undertaking high value and/or complex work within court of Protection.
