Marketing Manager / Permanent / Watton - salary up to £50k per annum

Position 1 Recruitment are partnering with a well-established manufacturing and engineering company in Watton that is seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to join their engineering team.

As Marketing Manager, you will lead the execution of the group's marketing strategy across all channels—digital, print, events, and more.

1. Leading and mentoring the marketing team to deliver creative and strategic marketing projects.
2. Developing and executing marketing plans including web design, CRM optimisation, and analytics reporting.
3. Collaborating with senior stakeholders across the group to reshape our corporate identity, with a focus on renewables and electrification.
4. Driving product awareness through content creation, campaign development, and targeted marketing initiatives.
5. Conducting research on market trends, competitors, and consumer behaviour to inform strategy.
6. Creating and managing technical content such as whitepapers and articles in collaboration with engineers.
7. Monitoring digital performance metrics (KPIs), analysing web traffic, and reporting regularly on campaign effectiveness.
8. Managing social media platforms and ensuring websites are regularly updated with relevant content.
9. Overseeing external suppliers and maintaining up-to-date, compliant marketing materials.

1. Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, ideally within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
2. Strong organisational, planning, and project management skills.
3. Experience delivering creative campaigns and managing web development projects.
4. Excellent understanding of SEO, content strategy, and CRM tools.
5. Strong copywriting skills, especially for technical content.
6. Degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent industry experience.

This is a Monday - Friday role, with a salary package of £40,000 - £50,000 DOE. Please note this role may require international travel.
