As a CRM Campaign Coordinator, you will be reporting to the CRM Campaign Manager and be responsible for ownership of the email, SMS and mobile channels, and the BAU marketing calendars at Spotlight Retail Group.

This hybrid role offers a unique blend of challenges and rewards, allowing you to make a significant impact on our business.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Own & Execute: Manage the full lifecycle of email, SMS, mobile, and direct mail campaigns, ensuring timely and effective delivery across all SRG brands.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with Product, Marketing, and Trade teams to implement impactful go-to-market strategies for all CRM channels.
  • Audience Optimization: Champion segmentation and personalization to maximize campaign relevance and engagement.
  • Omnichannel Expertise: Provide best practice guidance on omnichannel CRM strategies to enhance overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with CRM Campaign Managers and Coordinators to ensure seamless integration of lifecycle, loyalty, and BAU campaigns.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong partnerships with agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders for efficient campaign execution.
  • Compliance & Quality: Ensure all marketing communications adhere to legal and brand standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek and implement feedback to enhance campaign performance and personal development.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven Digital Marketer: Strong experience with digital marketing, EDM campaigns, and Google Analytics.
  • Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in communication, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Marketing Acumen: Solid understanding of marketing principles and practices.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to analyse and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Autonomous & Confident: Ability to work independently and with assurance.
  • Innovative Spirit: A proactive approach to exploring new ideas and problem-solving.
