We are seeking a highly capable individual to join our Joint Operations Unit, a collaborative operational support function between Hampshire Constabulary and Thames Valley Police. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to the Senior Leadership team. Your responsibilities will include managing calendars, coordinating with internal and external partners, organising meetings and conferences, preparing agendas, completing necessary documents, taking minutes, and ensuring effective communication.

Hours: 37 hours per week

To provide a range of support services to the Senior Leadership Team of Hampshire Constabulary and Joint Operations Unit.
Key Accountabilities include but are not limited to:
Essential: Educated to QCF Level 2 (3-5 passes including English and Mathematics) OR work experience deemed to have brought the postholder to a comparable level.
RSA II in Typing/Word Processing
Extensive secretarial or administrative experience in an office environment
Substantial experience of typing/word processing and proficient in document layout
Computer literate - experienced in the production and use of Microsoft Office software - Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Teams
