• Organise and prioritise own workload.
• Update the Payroll System (ESR) through accurate and timely interpretation of documentation received.
• Deal with a range of stakeholders to provide guidance and training.
• Use expertise to troubleshoot issues and find ways to improve the service with strong customer service skills and experience dealing with difficult situations.
