About the role of Contract Supervisor:
Supervise workforce members to make a positive contribution in achieving the contract outcomes in a timely and safe manner.
Lead by example in providing a professional and efficient service on behalf of CGS. Organise and oversee work of subcontractors, partners, and CGS workforce to achieve contract outcomes.
Issue contract instructions to the workforce in a clear manner to promote a safe, organised, and efficient site or workplace.
