Base Salary £35,000 (negotiable) + Bonus and Benefits

Hybrid - London or fully remote within the UK

Our client is a leading high-end travel and concierge company offering a travel and lifestyle concierge service to their members.

They are now seeking experienced Luxury Travel Consultants who are German speakers with proven experience gained within the travel industry working with discerning clients, creating bespoke high-end travel itineraries to both short and long-haul destinations.

This role requires flexibility to work shifts and weekends.

1. Booking worldwide travel arrangements using your fluent English and German.
2. Requests can range from car hire and flight only to safaris, cruises, private jets, villas, and round-the-world trips.
3. Working with a variety of DMCs, tour operators, cruise companies, airlines, as well as using the company's negotiated contracts.
4. Booking flights using a GDS.
5. Providing each client with an exceptionally high level of customer service.

1. Extensive experience gained within the travel industry booking flights or creating worldwide holidays.
2. Fluency in German and English.
3. Working knowledge of a travel GDS.
4. Exceptional customer service skills.

1. Basic salary to £35,000 (depending on experience/negotiable) + Bonus up to £3,600 per annum.
