Audit
A team of over 100 audit specialists making them one of the largest single office charity teams in the UK. They audit, advise and support a wide range of sectors within charities and not-for-profit organisations, including religious orders, membership bodies, dynamic social enterprises, international NGOs and Arts & Culture charities.
New joiners in this team will study towards the ACA (Associate Chartered Accountant) qualification over 39 months under a level 7 apprenticeship.
A team of 70 plus, focusing on understanding how a business works and the risks associated with it. We audit all sizes of unlisted companies and LLPs, from start-ups to large groups and specialise in FCA regulated firms, professional practices, Media and Technology companies and UK parents and subsidiaries of international groups.
New joiners in this team will study towards the ACA (Associate Chartered Accountant) qualification over 36 months under a level 7 apprenticeship.
Tax
A team of approximately 40 which put together tax strategies that perfectly suit the needs of our clients, their employees and shareholders – and the tax authorities. Our services adapt to suit clients of any scale, including fast-growth entrepreneurial businesses, international family businesses, professional practices and international groups of companies.
New joiners in this team have the unique opportunity to gain not one but two chartered qualifications over 39 months under a level 7 apprenticeship: the Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) and the ACA (Associate Chartered Accountant) qualification provided by the ICAEW.
A team of approximately 75 dual-qualified US/UK tax experts who help US and UK citizens and businesses based away from home to manage their net earnings and reduce liabilities. The team knows both tax systems inside out and has handled relocations for solo workers up to hundreds of employees. On the other side of the world, our Hong Kong team looks after US and UK nationals living across Southeast Asia.
New joiners in this team have the unique opportunity to gain not one but two qualifications over 36 months: the ATT (Association of Tax Technicians) and the Enrolled Agent qualification to become fully qualified in both UK and US taxation, making you "dual-handlers", a highly desirable commodity in the Expat market.
A team of approximately 30 who work with individuals on some of the biggest financial decisions they face. The core of our work focuses on assessing and “mapping” the assets of an individual, family or trust, including non-domiciles and off-shore trusts, and minimising their liability.
New joiners in this team have the opportunity to gain two qualifications over approximately 36 months: Association of Tax Technicians (ATT) professional tax qualifications before training to be a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA).
Tax Investigations & Dispute Resolution:
A team of approximately 15, who are the go-to experts on tax investigations and dispute resolutions, helping clients with all their communications with and representations to HM Revenue & Customs. Clients trust us to robustly defend disputes on their behalf, so it is important for us to build a lasting relationship founded on honesty and integrity.
New joiners in this team will be placed on a uniquely designed study programme over 36 months, incorporating HMRC inspector training designed by the TIDR Team Leader/Partner, together with Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT) exams and Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) exams.
Other
A team of approximately 18 people, including 3 partners, who work closely with clients that have assets all over the world but are UK resident. We offer specialist services including Employee Benefits, Financial Planning and Investment Management for high net worth individuals.
