An award-winning and growing consultancy based in Leeds are now seeking a talented and motivated Senior Building Surveyor to join their team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Senior Building Surveyor to work in a small, collaborative environment with a varied and interesting portfolio of projects (Commercial, Heritage and Residential).

1. Leading a team on conducting detailed building surveys.
2. Preparing reports on building conditions.
3. Advising clients on building regulations, compliance, and maintenance.
4. Managing fit out & refurbishment projects from inception to completion.
5. Assisting with dilapidations, party wall matters, and other property-related disputes.
6. Providing expert advice on building pathology and defect analysis.

1. MRICS is preferred.
2. BSc/MSc in Building Surveying.
3. Exposure to Residential, Commercial or Heritage sectors.
4. Strong communication skills and client-facing experience.
5. Ability to manage your own workload and work independently.
