An award-winning and growing consultancy based in Bristol are now seeking a talented and motivated Senior Building Surveyor to join their team.


This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Senior Building Surveyor to work in a small, collaborative environment with a varied and interesting portfolio of projects (Commercial, Heritage, and Residential).


Responsibilities for the Senior Building Surveyor
  1. Leading a team on conducting detailed building surveys
  2. Preparing reports on building conditions
  3. Advising clients on building regulations, compliance, and maintenance
  4. Managing fit-out & refurbishment projects from inception to completion
  5. Assisting with dilapidations, party wall matters, and other property-related disputes
  6. Providing expert advice on building pathology and defect analysis

What do you need?
  1. MRICS is preferred
  2. BSc/MSc in Building Surveying
  3. Exposure to Residential, Commercial, or Heritage sectors
  4. Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
  5. Ability to manage your own workload and work independently
