You will be working with your team on a range of major, multi-million-pound projects across various sectors including residential, commercial and more! The role:

As a Building Surveyor, you will be involved in a wide variety of professional and project services, delivering tailored advice to both private and public sector clients. The role offers a balanced mix of professional surveying and project management.

Key responsibilities:
  1. Conduct condition surveys, building inspections, and prepare detailed reports
  2. Lead and manage refurbishment, fit-out, and repair projects
  3. Prepare schedules of dilapidations and negotiate settlements
  4. Undertake technical due diligence and acquisition surveys
  5. Provide expert advice on building regulations, health and safety, and sustainability issues
  6. Manage client relationships and ensure service excellence
Requirements:
  1. MRICS Chartered (or working towards this)
  2. 2-5 years' post-qualification experience preferred
  3. Strong background in commercial property (offices, retail, industrial)
  4. Excellent technical knowledge and understanding of building pathology
  5. Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
  6. Experience working within a consultancy or professional services environment is ideal
