Job description

A Security Vetting Officer is required for a long term contract assignment based out of Stevenage or Bolton. 2 days on site 3 days working from home.

Skillset/Experience Required:

Essential:

  1. Experience of pre-employment background checks and national security vetting process
  2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  3. Customer service experience
  4. Excellent work ethic, motivated and enthusiastic
  5. Professional meticulous approach with focus on accuracy
  6. Ability to work as part of a team and within the wider security department
  7. Able to work under pressure and prioritise work as required
  8. IT competent and willing to learn new systems
  9. 'Can do' positive attitude
  10. Able to act in the strictest of confidence with personal sensitive data - integrity is paramount
