Senior Building Surveyor

An award-winning and growing consultancy based in Bristol are now seeking a talented and motivated Senior Building Surveyor to join their team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Senior Building Surveyor to work in a small, collaborative environment with a varied and interesting portfolio of projects (Commercial, Heritage, and Residential).

Responsibilities for the Senior Building Surveyor

• Leading a team on conducting detailed building surveys
• Preparing reports on building conditions
• Advising clients on building regulations, compliance, and maintenance
• Managing fit out & refurbishment projects from inception to completion
• Assisting with dilapidations, party wall matters, and other property-related disputes
• Providing expert advice on building pathology and defect analysis

What do you need?

• MRICS is preferred
• BSc/MSc in Building Surveying
• Exposure to Residential, Commercial or Heritage sectors
• Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
• Ability to manage your own workload and work independently
