Job summary
A local service business is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to provide expert HR guidance and support. This role involves onboarding new employees, managing employee records, and advising management on employee relations matters. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of employment law, excellent communication skills, and a CIPD Level 3 qualification.
