About the role

Customer Advisor

Part time - 16-20 hours per week

3 Month Fixed Term Contract

Shifts available Monday - Sunday, 7.00am - 10.00pm

UK Notional hourly rate £12.71 per hour

Key responsibilities

1. Become an expert advisor and inspiration for customers.
2. Get to know each customer and their home improvement projects.
3. Focus on sales, click & collect, setting up displays, and maintaining a great store appearance.
4. Provide excellent customer service at the tills.

Required skills & experience

1. Friendly, outgoing, and eager to help.
2. Obsessed with home improvement.
3. Willing to learn new technology and ways of working.
4. Great team player, flexible with working hours including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
