Customer Service Advisor required for a large Northern Irish organisation.
Your new company: This organisation is a large private sector utility provider in Belfast and Northern Ireland.
Your new role: To provide engineering support, including administration duties, to ensure the smooth running of the operation of the business. Dispatch engineers to jobs and record all relevant details in the company system.
- Update the organisation's internal system with careful attention to detail.
- Support the timely provision of reports to management concerning business objectives.
- Liaise with customers to agree appointment dates and resolve problems and complaints.
- Liaise with different departments within the company to resolve customer-related issues.
- Support all processes to ensure effective operation of emergency services, including rota preparation.
- Support processes to ensure that all customer changeable quotations and renewals are issued in a timely, controlled manner.
- Ensure phones within the department are answered in a timely and professional manner.
What you'll need to succeed: To be considered for this role, you will have the following:
- English and Maths GCSE (grade C or above) or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year's relevant experience within an office/administration function.
- Experience of working in a highly pressurised environment.
- Experience of dealing with customer-related queries and/or complaints.
- Excellent organisational ability.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills.
- Comprehensive IT skills.
