A world-leading facility management company in the UK is seeking a skilled Mobile Air Conditioning / Electrical Engineer to ensure high-quality maintenance services across client properties. We are seeking a skilled and proactive Mobile Air Conditioning / Electrical Engineer to deliver high-quality maintenance and compliance services across designated client properties.
This role involves ensuring adherence to Health & Safety regulations, including Risk Assessment, F-Gas compliance, Low Voltage Safe Systems of Work, and COSHH requirements.
You will play a key part in maintaining operational standards and exceeding customer expectations.
The successful candidate will primarily focus on air conditioning systems while also providing first-line reactive maintenance for electrical and switchgear issues.
You will undertake planned preventative maintenance (PPM), proactive and reactive tasks within agreed SLAs, and participate in out-of-hours callout duties on a rota basis. Occasional planned night work may be required as per the PPM schedule.
