1. Supporting students across the whole school in different year groups
2. Providing 1:1 and small group support, including working with children with SEN
3. Helping to create an engaging and supportive learning environment
4. Working on a flexible, part-time basis

1. At least 2 years' experience as a Teaching Assistant in the UK
2. Experience working with SEN students (desirable but not essential)
3. A strong understanding of safeguarding and school policies
4. Adaptability and confidence in supporting different classroom settings
