The Role:

1. Delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects.
2. Maintaining classroom discipline and ensuring students remain engaged in their learning.
3. Adapting to different year groups as needed, supporting both KS1 and KS2 classes.
4. Providing additional planning support for the right candidate, with PPA time factored in.
5. Creating a positive and structured learning environment in line with school values.

The Ideal Candidate:

1. Experience covering lessons, working as a Cover Supervisor, HLTA, or unqualified teacher.
2. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students effectively.
3. A flexible and adaptable approach to working across different year groups.
4. A commitment to upholding the school's values and fostering a respectful learning atmosphere.
5. A passion for education and a proactive attitude towards supporting young learners.
