Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Coordination
   • As the Head Butler, you will build, lead and inspire a talented team of household staff, fostering a culture of excellence and commitment to service.
   • Your expertise will guide the team in upholding the highest standards, ensuring every detail is meticulously managed.
2. Exemplary Butlership
   • With your extensive knowledge of hospitality, you will oversee the execution of exquisite meals and sophisticated events.
   • You will ensure that every service is a reflection of elegance and refinement, adhering to the finest standards of etiquette.
3. Daily Management
   • Take charge of the household’s daily operations, ensuring a seamless environment of comfort and luxury.
   • Develop innovative systems for efficient management, enhancing the living experience for family members and guests alike.
4. Dining and Service Management
   • Craft detailed dining plans and coordinate culinary activities, managing an exquisite inventory of dining supplies.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in high-end hospitality or luxury household management, with a proven record of leadership and functional expertise.
• Native Malay speaker with fluency in Chinese.

• A willingness to travel as needed.
• Candidates with less experience but great potential will also be considered for the Butler position as a starting role.
