Job Description
HR Business Partners implement Human Resources policies and programs at the business unit level partnering with cross-functional management teams to drive company-wide programs and initiatives (i.e. succession, talent acquisition, total rewards and change management). They foster partnership across the HR function to deliver value-added service to leadership and employees that reflects the business objectives, strategies and policies of the organization.
The Director, Human Resources Business Partner (EMEA) acts as the business partner for the cross-functional business teams based in EMEA, providing strategical partnering, leadership, and counsel for the leadership team and organization. With a deep understanding of the business objectives, you will be able to translate global and regional business strategies into people goals and drive the execution in close partnership with the business teams.
The Director, HR Business Partner will also provide advice and counsel on complex HR issues such as organization design and review, merger and acquisitions, change management initiatives, strategical workforce planning, and day-to-day guidance and support to management regarding HR practices and policies, working closely with our HR partners and COE's to drive consistency and execution into the regions (Americas, EMEA, APAC).
