Job Description
End to end People Partner position - including liaising with senior stakeholders on large projects and change programmes.
Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
Nurturing a positive working environment.
Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Maintaining pay plan and benefits program.
Assessing training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.
The Successful Applicant
A successful People Partner HR should have:
Experience working in large fast-paced business.
Experience working with change, transformation and OD.
Must have end to end People Partnering experience.
Proven working experience as HR manager or other HR executive.
People-oriented and results-driven mentality.
Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
