Location: Bristol, UK (Onsite with Travel)
Salary: DOE

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing team and support Vertical Supply Group UK, including well-known UK businesses such as Safety Lifting Gear and Honey Brothers.

Based in Bristol, this is an onsite role with regular travel across the UK to provide hands-on HR support at our various locations. As an HRBP, you’ll play a key role in delivering tailored HR solutions aligned with our regional and global business objectives. What You’ll Do:

  1. Partner with Industry Leaders:
    • Collaborate with management teams at Safety Lifting Gear, Honey Brothers, and other UK businesses to align HR strategies with global organizational goals.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on workforce planning, employee relations, and talent management, while remaining compliant with all legal regulations.
  2. Foster Employee Engagement:
    • Support managers in creating a positive work culture that enhances engagement and retention.
    • Lead initiatives to promote employee well-being, inclusion, and recognition.
  3. Deliver Operational Excellence:
    • Process timely and accurate payroll for employees across multiple sites, maintaining compliance with HMRC guidelines.
    • Respond to employee payroll queries, providing clear communication and maintaining confidentiality.
    • Monitor payroll processes to ensure efficiency and adherence to best practices.
  4. Support Recruitment and Development:
    • Partner with hiring managers to attract top talent and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
    • Identify training needs and implement development programs to enhance skills across the workforce.
  5. Lead Change Management:
    • Drive organizational change initiatives, ensuring seamless communication and support for all stakeholders.
    • Provide guidance during restructuring or cultural transformation projects.
  6. Travel to Build Relationships:
    • Visit sites across the UK to provide onsite HR support and strengthen relationships with teams.
    • Gain a first-hand understanding of business operations to deliver practical and impactful HR solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Demonstrable HRBP experience in multi-site businesses, preferably within operational or industrial environments.
  • Qualifications: CIPD Level 5 or higher.
  • Knowledge:
    • In-depth understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
    • Proven experience in payroll processing, including compliance with HMRC requirements.
  • Skills:
    • At least 5 years of experience
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects independently.
  • Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel regularly across the UK, with occasional overnight stays.
  • Driving License: A valid UK driving license is essential.
