Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for driving change and shaping the future of an organisation? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

We are looking for a People Change Partner to play a key role in delivering large-scale organisational change. This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on HR professional with expertise in change management, restructuring, and TUPE transfers. You will work closely with senior leaders, providing expert guidance to ensure smooth transitions and a positive colleague experience.

Role: People Change Partner

Location: Home-based in the Southwest/Wiltshire region – hybrid working with travel to different sites as required

Salary: £51,775 per annum

Duration: 2 year fixed term contract

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

What you’ll be doing:

1. Leading and delivering organisational change initiatives, including restructures and TUPE transfers.
2. Ensuring all consultation documentation is legally compliant.
3. Partnering with senior leaders to provide strategic HR guidance during periods of change.
4. Supporting cultural development, engagement, and wellbeing initiatives.
5. Coaching and advising managers on best practices for leading their teams through change.
6. Collaborating with the wider HR team to embed sustainable people strategies.
7. Supervising and mentoring a People Coordinator.

What you’ll need:

1. Strong experience in change management, restructuring, and TUPE processes.
2. Experience in workplace mediation and/or restorative practice.
3. Extensive knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
4. Proven ability to work autonomously and influence at a senior level.
5. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels.

Please note: as travel will be required for the role, you must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work purposes.
