An international engineering and construction company is seeking a Resourcing Advisor to enhance the candidate journey and support recruitment activities. Fixed term contract - 1 year
Start date - April 2025
A Resourcing Advisor supports the candidate journey and works with smaller stakeholder groups to support recruitment activities. The position will be based out of Dartford with travel to sites and offices when required. The position is to cover EPL for a period of 12 months.
Responsibilities:
The role will focus more on the candidate attraction, market intel and onboarding process with additional duties for stakeholder engagement. The position will work on pre-planning for projects, reactive recruitment and attraction methods.
