One of VWA's clients in the energy investment sector is looking for a temp Post Room/Facilities Assistant on a long-term basis.

The Client:

• An international investment firm specializing in wholesale energy markets.
• Based in Victoria, our client is looking for an ongoing temp to cover Post Room / Facilities on an ad-hoc basis; they are looking for someone who is interested in temping long-term and can become a regular on their books.

The Role & Ideal Candidate:

• Post Room & Facilities, with occasional Assistant Facilities Manager duties when required.
• Day-to-day duties include receiving and distributing mail to the building, maintaining records and updating internal systems, and dealing with various internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Wider facilities duties may include building maintenance, management of facilities and operations, ensuring an efficient and compliant working environment.
• The ideal candidate will need to have a hands-on and proactive approach combined with a flexible, personable, team-oriented, and detail-oriented manner.

The Details:

• Temp, ad-hoc and ongoing.
• £15p/h + holiday pay.
• Victoria, London. Fully office-based.
• Hours are shifted, ranging from 7:30am - 5:30pm.
