About Our Client
The beauty company in London provides high-end cosmetics to customers worldwide. A recent merger has meant that they are going through a period of growth and will soon need a new office to accommodate their London team. You will manage the running of the office whilst supporting 2 directors.
Job Description
Overseeing the day-to-day running of the office
Coordinating administrative activities and operations to secure efficiency
Organising meetings and managing databases
Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients
Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
Assisting the organisation's HR function by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews, and so on
Using a range of software packages
Arranging events for the office to drive a positive culture
The Successful Applicant
A successful Office Manager should have:
Event coordination experience
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
