About Our Client

The beauty company in London provides high-end cosmetics to customers worldwide. A recent merger has meant that they are going through a period of growth and will soon need a new office to accommodate their London team. You will manage the running of the office whilst supporting 2 directors.

Job Description

  • Overseeing the day-to-day running of the office
  • Coordinating administrative activities and operations to secure efficiency
  • Organising meetings and managing databases
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
  • Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
  • Assisting the organisation's HR function by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews, and so on
  • Using a range of software packages
  • Arranging events for the office to drive a positive culture

The Successful Applicant

A successful Office Manager should have:

  • Event coordination experience
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
  • Strong communication and people skills
