Job Summary: The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing the HR department's operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This role works closely with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals and foster a positive workplace culture. The HR Manager also leads employee development initiatives, manages HR staff, and ensures consistent application of company policies across the organization.
