The Mechatronics, Mirrors and Lighting group specializes in automotive technologies that are driving the future of mobility. Combining a deep systems knowledge to develop unique vehicle access experiences, intelligent vision systems, and advanced automotive lighting technologies, MML's expertise lights the path to innovation, safety, and styling.


Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage and lead the review, enhancement, and development of all employment policies and the employee handbook.
  2. Develop and lead the communication of company policy to all department managers, supervisors, and employees to ensure consistency in understanding.
  3. Provide support to managers and supervisors to ensure proper and consistent interpretation and application of company policies.
  4. Provide support to all employees to ensure that concerns and questions are heard, understood, and responded to in a professional, efficient manner.
  5. Consult and provide direction on issues related to employee discipline, coaching, and development.
  6. Advise and provide direction on matters relating to Employment Standards, Human Rights, Labour Relations and remain current with relative legislative changes.
  7. Manage all management-level staff recruiting and ensure that all divisional recruitment processes are managed effectively, including employee onboarding.
  8. Manage training program, talent development, and succession planning process.
  9. Manage compensation and benefit program at the divisional level including annual compensation reviews, pay equity & promotions.
  10. Manage and participate in audits of key business systems including health & safety, environmental, and compliance programs.
